Funds withdrawal

The whole procedure of funds withdrawal from a trading account is very simple. The Company accepts prompt processing of funds withdrawal requests to all owners of real trading accounts on condition that the following terms are observed:

• The minimal withdrawal amount requirement as well requirement for minimal initial deposit size is observed (proceed to Trading terms page);
• Funds withdrawal is accepted on condition that all positions on the trading account are closed;
• The Client submitted scanned copies of the government issued photo ID and proof of address in due time;
• The provided bank account or e-wallet is owned by the trading account owner.

How to withdraw funds from a trading account

To withdraw funds from your trading account please follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Client-Service system using your personal login details;
2. Select “Deposit funds” from the left menu;
3. On the next page:
      a. select the trading account for funds withdrawal;
      b. specify the withdrawal amount in the account currency;
      c. select a withdrawal means;
      d. fill in the access password to your trading account;
4. Select “Continue” and specify the details for funds transfer according to the chosen payment means.

As your funds are written-off you may resume conducting trading operations. Note that opening of a market position until the funds are written-off will result into cancel of the transaction.

In case when the transfer currency is different from your trading account currency, the funds will be converted into your account currency at the current rate.

Withdrawal fees

The information on fees of payment systems and banks including settlement terms is provided on Withdrawal and deposition page. The Company does not charge any fees or commission for withdrawing funds from trading accounts, however it reserves the right to deny refunding in case when the selected means is different from the original funding method.
