How to open a Forex account

To open a trading account with our Company please do the following:

1. Fill in the registration form

Fill in an online registration form providing true and correct personal information¹, valid email address and mobile phone number, then you will get access to your personal Client-Service account with a possibility to open a trading account. To the email address specified during registration, you will receive your login details² to Client-Service system allowing you to carry out funds deposition, withdrawal and transfer.

2. Specify trading account details

Upon completing the registration form, you will be offered to choose a trading account type, deposit currency, size, and funding means. Besides, a new trading account may be opened anytime by clicking «Open an account» in the menu in your personal Client-Service area.

3. Agree with the documents

At the next step, please read carefully and confirm your consent with the regulating documents³.

4. Deposit funds to the account

Upon completing opening procedure you will get your trading account details⁴ and will be able to make your initial deposit. Depending on the chosen means of payment you will be able to complete account funding online or at you local bank’s branch. Further funds deposition, withdrawal and transfer are carried out via your personal area in the Client-Service System.

5. Submit identification documents

Although you may deposit funds and start trading immediately upon registration of your trading account, in order to complete opening procedure you need to submit scanned copies of identification documents as follows:

Photo ID

Civil passport or foreign passport or driver license;

Proof of address

Residence stamp in passport, utility bill or bank statement;

The documents may be sent through the Client-Service internal mailing system or by fax, indicated on Contacts page.

Please download installation package and install MetaTrader 4 program on your computer in case you have not done it yet. Feel free to look through basic provisions of MetaTrader 4 Userguide («Help» > «Help topics»), to use the program opportunities and attain your goals at the full scale.

Start Forex trading

Connection between trading terminal and your account is set through «File» > «Login» menu. To connect to your trading account just enter received login and password into the corresponding fields. Please note, that you are not allowed to carry out trades until the funds are deposited to your trading account.

1. The Company does not make payments to third parties, i.e. in case of funds withdrawal the recipient`s name should coincide with the name indicated in Client`s profile in the Client-Service System.
2. Upon your first login to the system you will be offered to change an automatically generated password, choosing your own user password, which you will be able to use later. Anytime, if necessary, you can change your account password.
3. You do not need to sign a written agreement. For the purpose of Client`s convenience the agreement is concluded in electronic (oral) form in accordance with article 642 of Civil Code of Ukraine and bears the same legal validity as the written agreement.
4. To get an access to your trading account you need to use MetaTrader 4 Forex Ltd trading terminal. Enter the received login and password into the terminal authorization field (menu «File» > «Login»). Please proceed to MetaTrader 4 Platform, page to download the standard version of the terminal, mobile version may be downloaded on Mobile Trading page.
