I. Introduction

Forex Ukraine can collect several kinds of information about its Clients:

The Client provides their personal information while opening of real or demo accounts as well as registering in different programs, special offers or contests conducted by the Company. We are collecting only the most necessary information about our Clients to provide them with more qualitative services. The personal information may be changed or filled up only according to Client’s request.
2. Financial data
The Client provides their financial information to get full-valued services from Forex Ukraine. Such data is officially transferred to revenue service, bank that cooperates with the Company and Client and also to corresponding state financial bodies. The financial information may include but not be limited to bank information, crediting details and funds transferring.
3. Information about site visiting
The information about site attendance includes the data obtained on visiting of Company’s site by the Client. Most of the information of non-personal character is collected with Cookies files or other technological overview. On the web pages of the site we use Cookies and other technologies that allow to analyze the information and carrying out the settings according to user’s preferences. Such data is collected to make the statistics on usage of Forex Ukraine web site, its efficiency and effectiveness. It is also used to improve the service level, simplify the work with the website and refine its materials.
In particular, the Company uses the obtained information to help our Clients to conduct trading operations on the market, carry out banking operations such as transferring / withdrawal of funds from / to trading account, keep feed back with the Client, provide services and technical support, informing about any changes in services’ work and beneficial innovations, set news’ mailing as well as the website interface according to the Client’s preferences.
III. Storage and handover of the information about the Clients
The personal information presented by the Client to Forex Ukraine can be used by its representations in other regions and states with the aim to affiliate and unify the information as well as to simplify the information management about the users.
Forex Ukraine provides its Clients with a possibility to use internal postal service of the Company ensuring the additional security of data handover between the Client and the Company.
Forex Ukraine does not bear responsibility for distribution of the Client’s personal information in consequence of their own negligence, gross carelessness or heedlessness as a result of which the Client can bear both moral damage and loss of property.
Only the Client bears responsibility for presenting reliable information. In case of necessity the Company has the right to check the accuracy of provided information.
IV. Information security
Forex Ukraine uses SSL protocol to protect the connection between the web server and the user’s browser. To ensure safe connection between the web server and the browser, the digital SSL protocol with 128 bit encryption is required, which univalently identifies separate users and servers. At patching-in of connection between user’s web browser and protected server there should be a clearance of name, certification center and its validity term. This process is ceaseless and unnoted for the user.
V. Forum
Forex Ukraine can but is not obliged to record or control the information provided by site’s visitors on the Forum including the nature of exchanged information among the visitors of the site. However Forex Ukraine does not bear any responsibility for credibility and confidence of such information.
VI. Changes or corrections in Privacy Policy
Forex Ukraine reserves a complete and individual right to make any changes or addenda to Privacy Policy content that should be published on this site. Thus the date of document’s renewal should be also changed to new one.
